Pacific Coast Classic

The Chinook Winds Casino is a pleasure to play in. They are so nice and I love staying at their hotel on the beach. Even with a bit of rain, there was plenty to see and shop. My daughter Cheyenne has always been with me but she is getting old enough to really pay more attention to the games and know what the score is.
Well, I finished 9th. I went undefeated and played very well. Until I met up with Kelly Fisher in the single elimination rounds. She played great but my break really disappointed me. I just broke the balls poorly the whole set. Most times I didnt make a ball on the break. I also missed a few key shots which didn't help when you are playing such a formidable opponent. I had a third and a second place finish in the last two events so I was really hoping I would win this one but I'm still encouraged. I feel more optimistic and more inspired to play and work on specific aspects of my game. We have one more event this year and I plan to win it. I will work hard, but I am also aware that there are more great players on the tour than ever and they are all very hungry to win. I will give it my all. I hope to see you at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood Florida at our next event. It's a beautiful venue and I love it there. Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers. I love you all. Jeanette

I agree...you have been playing great, and the single elimination format is somewhat unfair. It's encouraging to hear you are happy with your progress, and I think the Seminole event will be a good one for you.

Good luck with everything!! :)
